unfortunatelly, i dont know website but you could download/buy Rosetta Stone for learn Turkish, its the best language programme i think. good luck ;)

I have no Idea for starting steps; but these two sites are Turkish newspapers. they are great for reading interesting stories. you would use Turk-Sat for listening to Turcs songs and movies. use google for more information Good luck
