What's the differences between "grilled", " roasted" and "baked"? Is that right I can both use "roasted bread", and "baked bread"?
roasted refers to use oven?

Wow,you make me feel hungry,hee hee^-^
-The word "grill"(noun) means "gridiron, which is a device on a cooker radiating heat downwards",when it's a verb that means "cook or be cooked under a grill or on a gridiron"
Example: Which dished are used for this dinner?-We have grilled pork/chicken/... and potato soup.
-"Bake" means "cook or become cooked by dry heat, especial in an oven".(this word is often used to say about cakes/bread/...)
Example: What are you doing?-I'm baking some cake/bread/...
-"roast" means "cook or be cooked in an oven or by open heat" ant especially it's often used for meat.
Do you see the clearly different between them?you can use "roasted bread",it depends on how you choose to cook.

"grilled",= cooked under a griller or an open grill outside, like grilled fish, chicken sausages and vegetables like tomatoes or mushrooms
You can say "toasted bread" [ toast made in toaster] and "baked bread"
Roasted refers to cooking meat in the oven
Baked refers to fish, bread, biscuits or cakes cooked in the oven

These are different methods of preparing food.
Grilled means cooked over an open fire. The fire would be fuelled with coal, charcoal, or wood, usually. The meat and vegetables would sit on the metal grids or grill.
Roasted food could be cooked outside also, or over an open flame. The meat might be turning so it will be cooked on all sides. You could roast food in an enclosed tightly-closed covered pan also.
Baked food would be baked in an oven, with heat completely surrounding the food. Bread is usually cooked this way....baked in an oven at a steady slow temperature. We can toast bread in a hot pan, or in a toaster, but we don't usually say bread is "roasted".
