You have to be talking about something specific. If someone says, "Can I have your pencil?" you can answer, "You can have it."
It means the object you are talking about. "You can have" means that you are giving permission for that person to take that object.
I hope this makes sense. I don't know Farsi, so I hope that this helps.

When you say "You can have it.","it" is referring to something. You are pretty much giving someone something. If you have more than one of something and someone else needs it,you could give them one.eeto...You can use it at a job.Its also used by kids in school.Gomen nesai,I know how to answer it but its kind of hard for me to explain.

well for me it reminds me of somebody buying something, look at below line:
A: How much are these sunglasses?
B: 100 $.
A: Oh my, it's damn expensive.
B: ok then you can have them for 90 $.
A: Oh, thanks a lot.
or you may use this when someone asks you to lend him/her sth:
A:may i have your pen?
B: sure you can have it.
or:
Don't have doubts; you can have all my life but don't leave me. ;)

Some really nice people give stuff away to their friends or sometimes people they hardly know.I dont see many people do that often."You can have it" is sorta common but it depends on how giving someone is and where you are.Your friend would say "You can have them." and would probably change shoes and give you the ones you commented on.

It is used in two situations:
The first is the obvious one, where two or more people might want the same thing and giving one person permission to take it.
"Do you want that last piece of cake?"
"No, you can have it."
The other use is a sarcastic one, where the actual meaning is "You can have it, because I don't want it at all."
"Do you know anything about Sue's new boyfriend?"
"He's a real jerk and a pain. You can have him!"
