If I still can't (收不到) / don't (没收到）receive your purchase order tomorrow, the shipping date will be postponed to the second of October/ will be postponed to October 2.

直譯：If by tomorrow I haven't received your order, the shipping date will be pushed back to Oct 2. 意譯： If I still haven't received your order by tomorrow, then we won't be able to ship it until Oct 2.
