I am going to be learning English! What kind of Tense is here?
As you can see that this sentence ( I am going to be learnING....) is so rare in spoken English. Please give me some examples, in which cases it will be used mostly? Thank you in advance.

Future simple tense. It's not rare at all. You would use this in anticipation of starting some sort of English language studies. Something that you have planned but have not started yet.
I'm going to be learning English in the Spring.
