转告： I tell you something, I ask you to tell this "something" to another one.
告诉: tell

1.转告 pass on ------>把某一个人所说的话传达给另一个人。
比如：请你转告我妈妈，晚上我不回家吃饭了。
2.告诉 Tell ------>向别人陈述或通知某件事。
比如：请告诉我，我的答案是正确的吗？
