You have to use them with specific verbs. Verbos pronominales. Como Levantarse, acostarse, apurarse, etc. You have to form them this way : Yo me levanto, tu te levantas, el se levanta, nosotros nos levantamos, vosotros os levantais, ellos se levantan. So basically you put the subject (I, you , he, we, you , they / Yo, tu , el , nosotros, vosotros, ellos) + the pronoun (me, te, se, nos, os, se) + verb (levanto, levantas, levanta, levantamos, levantais, levantan).
