Ladies -- any tips on keeping creepy men from flooding your inbox full of requests to be language partners, etc., even when you've already stated on your page that you're interested in conversing with women only? Any success. So tired of seeing all these emails from trolling international men. Wondering if italki has any kind of mechanism for filtering these things -- I have looked, but haven't found anything.

You could change your privacy settings to allow messages only from people you're following.  That way, if you're only following women, only women could send you messages.  Otherwise, there's the "delete" message option.  The privacy settings on the site probably still need some work.
