婚礼中“伴郎” “伴娘”用英语怎么说？ 应该和“迎宾”的意思差不多吧？
i only know "best man" in the wedding ceremony, how to say 伴娘？ best woman?

yes we say "bridesmaid".. the most special bridesmaid is called the "maid of honor" she is to the bride what the best man is to the groom.

"伴娘" is bridesmaid ^_^
"伴郎" is bridegroom, and bestman is ok.
