I need to find meaning of this expression "trip yapma essek sipasi" please anyone can help?
trip is english word and meant here as when someone starts behaving in an annoying way :)

You are correct. Trip means displeasing manner of someone else's who is annoyed and a little hurt, kind of pulling a face.
Eşşek sıpası means foal and it is much used for little children in a positive way. It shows kind of affection.
So it means: Don't pull of your face, foal!
