This is the original use of 二来 but somehow it acts more or less as 其二 now. e.g. 我爱你有两个主要原因。其一，你很有趣；其二，你有双漂亮的绿色眼睛。 其二 brings about a second point in sequence. It works just like 'secondly' in English. Usually there went the number 'two' before, here '两' for example.

都表示“另一方面”的意思 二来 比较口语化 其二 更为书面一些

These two words have the almost the same meaning, but when you use “其二”, it must go after "其一"~
