to say "my major in college is business" in japanese
is this correct? 「大学で私はビジネスを専攻してる」
if i say it this way, is it correct as well? 「私の専攻はビジネスです」

It's both is correct!!

Both are right. してる is a colloquial term, by the way. Use している instead.
