"Who is that/this" in Arabic?
How do you say 'that and this" in Arabic for a man and woman. I understand it is "Men Za?" for a man and "Men Zi" for a woman in egyptian? how do we write it in Arabic letters? And if you could compare it with Saudi dialect, that would be great :) Thank you in advance.

This:
for male:
in standard Arabic: (هذا - hatha) or (ذا - tha) ( notice the sound of "th" in "hatha" like in word "the")
in Egyptian dialect: ده - dah
in Saudi dialect: (هذا - hatha) or (ذا - tha)
for female:
in Standard Arabic: (هذه - hatheh) or (ذي - thee) or (هذي-hathee) (there is more but I didn't mention it because it might confuse you)
in Egyptian dialect: دي - dee
in Saudi dialect: (ذي - thee) or (هذي - hathee)
That:
for male:
in standard Arabic: (ذاك - thaka) or (ذلك - thaleka)
in Egyptian dialect: داك - dak
in Saudi dialect: ذاك - thak
for female:
in Standard Arabic: ذيكِ- theeke (there is more too)
in Egyptian dialect: ديك - deek
in Saudi dialect: ذيك - theek
I'm not sure about the Egyptian dialect for the "that" but i think this is what I hear. you can ask Egyptian about it.
who:
in Standard Arabic: مَنْ - man
in Egyptian dialect: مين - meen
in Saudi dialect: من - men

hi I will answar about the meaning of this two words in arabic official language because when you say arabic that mean the commun language. not as the egyptien. saudit or other country people pronunciate because you are talking here about the local language.
1- this = used to identify a person or thing male and female close and near to the speaker ( هذا for male and هذه for female).
2- that = used to identify a person or thing male and female observed or heard by the speaker but in this case more distant (far ) from the speaker ( ذلك for male and تلك for female )
good luck and if u want more about arabic u are welcome
