From an American (my) perspective, you are correct. However, sometimes in British English, team is treated as a plural, therefore making C the correct answer.

"Team" is singular, so none of the options work. A weird thing that I'd like to point out is that the sentence uses the word "both" to start a list of three items ("both" is only for when there are exactly two.) I think your best bet is option C. Although grammatically incorrect, it is better than the other three options because A results in a fragment, B doesn't make sense, and D sounds very weird.
