而已 vs. 罢了
这两个词的意思都是“nothing more; just; only"，并且都是放在句尾，不过它们有没有什么区别？在何种情况下只能用一个，不能用另一个？
例如：
“我为什么问你这个问题是因为我有点好奇罢了”，“我为什么问你这个问题是因为我有点好奇而已”。意思都是一模一样吗？

只有作 "僅此而已" 解時 可相通
如：「這不過是停電"罷了"，不要緊張！」
「只是個門房"罷了"，就如此囂張！」
作 "算了" 解時 不可相通
算了，表示暫時停止或不勉強﹑堅持的意思。
如「他不愛吃也就罷了，別勉強他。」
「他不說出實情也就罷了，竟然還誣賴第三人。」
作 "表示失望、忿恨的感嘆詞" 解時 也不可相通
如：「我白養你了，罷了！罷了！」
這種用法 在傳統戲劇中常見

Personally I feel "罢了" has a TINY negativity, like you are retreating subtly. "而已" sounds more neutral, to state out the fact that you really don't bother.
