I just wonder if the english grammatically correct or not, if correct what is the meaning ? interesting in this sentence => "verb+ing" or "adjective" ? is it same meaning with the sentence i made => "it's about to interest people" many thanks for the answer.

"It's about to get interesting." It = the situation. is = linking verb. about = preposition. In this sentence, it means something like "soon." to get interesting = infinitive phrase, which refers to "it" (the situation). We could also say "It will soon get interesting." That is, something will soon happen that will attract our attention.

It's perfectly correct. "Interesting" is an adjective here. When you use "get + adjective", the meaning of "get" is "become".
