How can I improve my oral English?
I want to improve my oral English.I think I can use English in writing,or reading a passage.But I'm quite failure at the spoken English.I can't use English to talk with somebody.

You have to speak with native people. You may speak with your friends of Italky and you can use skype or google hangout for your conversations. 
There's an interesting web to speak with native people called verbling. I have met a lot of natives in that page.

If you do not have anyone to speak English with, you can improve your speaking skills by reading a story aloud, try recording it, so you'll also be able to hear yourself and find out your mistakes and improve them, then try to learn an English song...
