Der Satz ist schon richtig. Die Schüler gratulieren dem Lehrer zum Geburtstag (aktiv) Passive .... dem Lehrer wird zum Geburtstag gratuliert ! gratulieren + dativ das Partizip Perfekt von gratulieren ist "gratuliert" (ich habe dem Lehrer zum Geburtstag gratuliert) . Klar ?
