these window translations suck. I know what you meant, but it wont let you type it correctly. 你把食物寫成是五。　哈哈哈哈哈。　你應該寫　＂在桌子上是我們的食物　或　我把食物放在桌子上。

上面 means above, over, on top of etc 下面 means below, underneath. I'm not sure where you got those sentences though, the first one makes no sense at all.
