我好久以前听到这首歌，不过虽然我明白每个词，但是我还不明白这句的意思。客官不可以做什么？是不是跟中国文化有关？还是俗语？也可能只是我很笨！

this is a funny famous song ,the lyric means sir ,plz don't touch me . Actually just the girl thinking about that handsome boy want to touch her . But the boy never do that . in china we think the action is 自作多情 .do u get it ?
