忽略：疏忽,不在意;没注意到。Almost the same as "忽视". It's more like ignore, overlook. eg.在这个问题上，他们忽略了一个重要的细节。（ In this case, they ignored an important detail.） 怠慢：1.(对事物)不重视，不当一回事。 2.(对人)不恭敬、冷淡，常用作客套的谦词。 eg.1.怠慢法律，必然招来祸事。2.如有怠慢，请多包涵。( I'm afraid I have been a poor host.) 轻视：小看、不认真看待（常有贬义） despise, look down on eg.她不该因为贫穷而轻视他。( She shouldn't look down on him for poverty.)

忽略 指有意的或者无意的不注意一些事情。 轻视 轻视一定是有意的，带着傲慢的态度看不起别人。 怠慢 通常和礼貌有关，指对待客人不够礼貌或者冷淡。
