what does 'merebration' means? i was just watching a video and this word happens to come out , and the only meaning i could find is " Meredith's one-year anniversary of singleness" from someone's twitter, i guess it should be an inside joke, anyone has the idea?

I think it's probably a made-up word combining the woman's name, Meredith, and celebration.
