"dậu khuôn chiên" "tré trộn" What does this mean?
I founded this in a restaurant menu.
All I know is that chiên means fry,and trộn means mix.
I looked it up on the internet, but don't really understand.

In my opinion, "đậu khuôn"= đậu phụ = đậu hũ = tofu. It depends on each region. It is made from soybean. 日本語で“tofu"は何ですか。

About "Tré", I have never tried this, but maybe it's a type of pork rolls as "chả lụa" which is made from julienne pig's nose and pig's ear and then is wrapped by banana's leaves
