in the formal form: あなたは東京に住んでいますか。それとも大阪ですか (or それとも大阪に住んでいますか)。 in the informal form: あなたは東京に住んでいるの?それとも大阪(に住んでいるの)? *"or" has several translations depends on the context, for example: Which do you like, coffee or tea? --> あなたはコーヒーかお茶のどちらが好きですか。 Today, I'm going to study Japanese, English or history. --> 私はきょう、日本語か英語か歴史を勉強するつもりです。 I hope this helps you.
