K Dramas and Kpop
I am wondering if there are Kdramas that are less aimed at young girls out there. I have tried watching Ultimate audition, Dream High, and other things like that, but they seem too silly. Are there more grown up dramas that have no sex, swearing, ext...? I am only 13, but I think I am intelegent and strong, and personally I am offended by the way some of the girls act in dramas. It would also be cool if there were dramas that showed a wider range of people, such as gays, foreigners and intelligent women. I am not saying these dramas are bad, and I don't mean to offend anyone, I am just saying that thay are not my cup of tea. Could anyone give me suggestions?

Also, I was wondering if anyone could recomend some non-cutesy Kpop bands or soloists such as BTS, 2NE1, Troublemaker and B.A.P. I love Kpop, but sometimes the cuteness is over powering! I feel like I am drowning in cuteness, and Aegyo.

I don't watch dramas and I don't listen pop musics, but I know some bands and singers you might like?: MOT, 권순관, 피터팬 컴플렉스, 국카스텐, 그림자 궁전, 언니네 이발관, 브로콜리 너마저, 검정치마, 9와숫자들, 스웨덴 세탁소, 스탠딩 에그, 에피톤 프로젝트, 김거지, 한희정

For me, some of my favourite dramas which are not 'idol-studded' are Cinderella Man, City Hunter, Innocent Man and School 2013. I think it's rare to see homosexual (i.e. Reply 1997, Life is Beautiful) /foreigner themed korean dramas...

As for music, there's always 
the popular bands like FT Island, C.N.Blue;
groups like Block B, Epik High, 2000 won, 4men;
Soloists like K.Will, Sunmi, Lim Chan Jung(임창정), Wheesung...
which aren't cutesy.

try watching historic dramas, they mostly contain zero to very little aegyo :)
