Can anyone tell me the difference between "talk to sb" and "speak to sb"? Please give me some examples and tell me when should I use "talk to sb" or "speak to sb" and in what situation I should use "talk to sb" or "speak to sb". Thanks.

There really is no difference between the two. Just personal prefrence. Talking with somebody might sound a little more personal, but there is no difference in meaning
