Evidently and apparently are basically synonyms and mean that something is easily seen or understood.
Remarkably means something is perhaps surprising or not expected, usually in a good way.
Prominently means that something, or a feature of something, is more easily noticed than others.
Visibly means something which can obviously be seen.
Strikingly is similar to remarkably, except I would say it is more intense.
If I were using the menu in order to order food out of it I would say that "Let me look at the menu, let's take a look at the menu, I'll look at the menu, etc."
That's the best way I can think to describe it for you, hope it helps.

"What is difference?" The answer is here: http://www.thefreedictionary.com/difference
"What is the difference (between these words)?" This should be your question. It's funny how missing one tiny word can change the meaning of your sentence, isn't it? :)
DuDuJun, you've asked a question about TEN different words. Good luck to anyone who wants to tackle this question, but your first stop should be a dictionary.
You will find definitions and example sentences at www.thefreedictionary.com
