Concentrate on listening to business related videos, conferences, meetings on youtube and other places. This will help you train your ear to business related phrases and words. Practise your English with others, preferably those who have a business or academic background. I would suggest if you do more business with, for example US or UK clients then you try and focus on speakers from that country.

Only one way to learn quickly - to be interested in learning the language. Speak with as many people as you can, especially when you just learned a few new words.
