What is the meaning of "Drive by" ?
I've heard it in a song . I can guess the meaning but I want to be sure and how and when I can use this expression.

Drive-by normally means drive-by shootings, where you shoot someone (with a gun) from inside a moving car. You can use it to describe various sorts of hit-and-run tactics though, where you're going to do something for a very short period of time and then leave immediately after.

Unfortunately, it is mostly used as a term when people drive by an individual whilst shooting in an attempt to hurt or kill someone. Hence the phrase "drive by shooting"
You could also use it as: I drive by your house everyday. As in, I drive past your house everyday.
