Yes, you can enable Russian input language in your system if you go to 'Text Services and Input Languages' (that's how it's called in Windows 7, don't know about other OS). You will need Russian stickers though. I would advice you to use the standard й-ц-у-к-е-н layout (the Ruissian analogue of q-w-e-r-t-y). In the beginning, it may be a bit difficult to get used to it, but in future it will help you type quickly, which is virtually impossible with phonetic keyboard.
