How to use "kah" or any words for making a question?

"Kah "is  the first sentence for asking question and will be included with a certain words .  
Just remember 1H 4W (How[Bagaimana] , What [Apa] , When  [Bila] , Where [Di mana ] , Who [Siapa] )

1)Berapakah harga sekuntum bunga itu ?

2) Di manakah dia berada ?

3) Mengapakah semua ini terjadi ?

4) Apakah yang telah berlaku ?

5) Siapakah lelaki itu ?

Siapa, berapa ,mengapa are all examples for question words... you may add kah if those words appear at the beginning of a sentence like ` berapakah harganya?` how much the price ? But you dont need to add kah if those words located at the middle or at the end of a sentence such as in this sentence ` jari awak ada berapa (kesemuanya)?` your fingers are how many (totally)?
