Can we use this exprssion : " It accepts with leniecy."
When you asked to accept or reject some works that have not done completely , how do you accept it leniently ?

I think if a teacher is saying they will exercise leniency when grading late papers, it means they will not take off too many points due to the lateness of the paper. "lenient grading" usually means the teacher does not have strict requirements for the assignment.
Hope this helps :)

Sorry, the phrase doesn't make sense. What is "it"?

Samples:
"Your work, though incomplete, may be accepted as is for the moment, in consideration of the difficulty of the assignment."
"Though incomplete, your assignment can be accepted as a reflection of a very sincere effort on your part."
"Your work could have been more thorough, but what you have submitted is sufficient for the moment."
"Normally, I would not accept an incomplete effort such as this; but for the moment,
an exception may be made."
"Though not a finished assignment, what you did submit was acceptable."
"I will expect your future work to be complete, although for the moment, a small exception may be made so as to encourage your future effort."

Peachey is certainly correct. The first thing we need to know is the context of the sentence's meaning. What is IT?
People can perform actions of acceptance. Machinery or Devices also can perform actions also.
Why is LENIENCY an issue of relevance? Is it our intention to show that we are treating someone's creation, or artistry or offering with a kind and generous attitude?
Also, why is leniency an issue, when something is ACCEPTED.
Would it not be the case that leniency would only be relevant if something is REJECTED?

Let's examine your question in greater depth: "When you asked to accept or reject some works that have not done completely , how do you accept it leniently ?"
Perhaps we need to examine some sample sentences regarding either Acceptance or Rejection? Perhaps we want to use a generous or lenient language regarding a submission? Let's look at some ways of communicating such thoughts and sentiments.

No I do not mean conditionally accepted . I mean we accept this work despite this fact that it did not work properly .
