Talking directly or following first,which could reduce the risk of getting refused? ⊙ω⊙okay,I mean I don't want to get over out-coming or annoying,so can I ask a question,I usually receive a message wanting to talk via English,but actually I'm not a native English and they don't want to speak Chinese,what's more, they never show a sign to become a follower(I mean to become a friend). As for me,I'm hardly try to send message to a strange until he receive my "following",(I don't want to disturb others' psychological individual place)and the first experience of sending message to a Denmark turned out to be a foolish behavior, so which one is better if you want to get acknowledged?⊙▽⊙
