What is the difference between OUR and OURS ?

Hi!
"Our" is used before a noun: That is our book.
"Ours" is used following the verb, at the end of the sentence: That book is ours.

"Our" is used before a noun, for example: "That is our house."
"Ours" is used on its own: "That house is ours."
