"It drives me crazy" is usually more commonly used in conversation but it is exactly the same thing it's just expressing that something is annoying you. But they can be used interchangeably whichever you want to use you can use that one, both will be understood by an English speaker.

There is no difference. It drives me crazy is an idiom however. Both are used. Remember English is used in many places and people have different was to say the same thing.
