shier, shyer or more shy?
Hello, I have this question: I don't know how to say the comparative and superlative of "shy". I've looking for it on internet, but there are different answers, I think it may be change depending on the country.

The word that you are looking for is "shyer".  Shyer is the comparative.

The superlative would be "shyest".

Here are the words used in examples:

"Shier" is not a word, but you may see the word "shire". "Shire" is a UK English word that refers to a small district in the countryside. It is not related to shy/shyer/shyest.

One final word, "shyer" and "shyest" are less common in conversation than "shy". In fact, English speakers will sometimes go out of their way to use the positive "shy" rather than the comparative and superlative. e.g.
