You can watch some videos on youtube.com Feel free to message me if you need help. I can probably also help with letting you hear spoken English too. You can also pay an English tutor on Italki to talk with you on skype and help you practice speaking English :)

Try to find some online dictionary that features playing the pronounciation. I would say Google translate but it could not be available for you. Then you can work on the words that trouble you, and if it's something similar to google translate, you can use it in voice calls to check a word immediately.
