If these aren't correct, then how do you translate the English sentence correctly and so it sounds natural?

Your last sentence (Níl a fhios agam cá fhad a thóg air an capall a dhíol.) is the best, the others don't sound too good. You could also say: Níl a fhios agam cé mhéad am a thóg air an capall a dhiol.
