First thing I would say be calm. Watch American movies, series without subtitle, listen American songs, radio, news. Atleast listen to it for one hour for three days however you don't understand even a word in starting . then again watch it with subtitle. Listen very carefully and try to understand how they speak and try to speak along with again and again. No shortcut to achieve anything. Keep practice practice and practice. Hope this helps.
