Which one of these two sentences sounds more natural?
1- Wow! You have worn a makeover
2- Wow! You have gotten a makeover
* any better alternative is appreciated in advance :)

I'd probably say something like, "Wow, nice makeover!"

The second one sounds more natural to me, I've never heard the first. But, gotten isn't very grammatically correct - I'd say
"Wow! You have had a makeover."
