In English, I would use a phrase or term, "I welcome any requests for conversation about..." as a friendly open invite. Is there an equivalent in German that sounds natural? "Ich begrüße..."

Schwierig zu beantworten es gibt viele Möglichkeiten ich habe diese oft von meinen Lehrern gehört.

It's difficult to define one phrase, but this is what I've heard the most from my German teachers.
Important! The usage of Dich is only in a conversation with a familiar person, Sie is used in the case you talk to strangers or persons with a higher rank
