Это интересный сериал? (TV Show in Russian called cериал)
Очень скучНЫЙ! Нечего смотреть. (But if you want to said that this TV show isn't interesting at all, it'll be better to said: Бесполезная трата времени; or Лучше посмотреть что нибудь другое. But grammatically your sentences is right.)
Тише! Ребенок спит.
Извините, я виноват.
(The second one sentence is right)

You better go with фильм instead of телевизионный фильм, but only in this particular sentence. You see, in Russia we usually refer to television shows like 'the Sopranos' or 'Dexter' or 'Scrubs' as 'сериал' or 'телесериал'.
HOWEVER, if it's not a long running show, but a simple television movie--like Stephen King's 'IT', for instance, that only consists of two 90 minutes episodes--we simply call it 'фильм', without specifying which screen it's meant for.
Same goes for the Hunger Games. We don't call it a movie - 'кинофильм'. We simply call it 'фильм'.
The only places where you can hear/read 'кинофильм' or 'телевизионный фильм' is on TV or online (also in a paper -- some TV guide maybe), but people don't normally use these words, unless they really have to.

Oh my god, I can't find a good book to learn Russian. Or is my only choice to take a language lessons? And I can't find enough Russian TV shows with English or Chinese subtitles. The methods of learning English and Arabic is not suitable for learning Russian! Er.... So desperate. Anybody got any idea what to do?
