Hey! I am trying to learn Korean and someone sent me a message that says "뭔말인지모르겟여 ㅠ"

Does anyone know what this means?

So far I know that "ㅠ" is like a crying face, and I think the rest of it is saying either I don't understand something or they don't understand something but I am not sure if that is right.
