Please help me with these two easy German questions, thanks. The first one: die Autos, die Strassen, alles so sauber und ordentlich die Leute, alle so nett hier. Why is there no "sind/ist" in the two sentences? How to translate it in English please?

It's just a matter of speech, the verbs can still be added as such; die Autos, die Strassen, alles *ist* so sauber und ordentlich. die Leute *sind* alle so nett hier. Does that make you understand it? I thought so (= was sure), that you caught the train, the way you ran.
