You can use them all interchangeably--speak to/speak with/talk to/talk with--and they're all technically correct. But there are some subtle differences:
"Speak with" is formal and respectful.
"Speak to" is usually used in negative situations, when someone needs to "speak to you" it is usually because you're being reprimanded or given bad news.
"Talk to" is very casual and the most commonly used phrase. It's friendly and would not seem out of place except in very formal situations.
"Talk with" is slightly more formal and makes the speaker seem educated. It's more polite, though none of these phrases would be considered rude.

naana is wrong. you speak /with/ people, but talk /to/ them. so it's "speak with you."

The 'to' form is the more common of the two, but you can also use 'with'
You can say:
Speak with you
Talk with you
Speak to you
Talk to you
All of these are correct. In some situations, the 'to' form suggests a one-way communication and the 'with' form a two-way communication, but that isn't always the case.
