What is the meaning of the name Safiya in arabic? (help from arabic country natives)
I would like to ask all the arabic natives the meaning of the name Safiya, with is the original form of the name my parents gave me. On internet I see some meanings, but i would like to know from you the correct one. Here are some of the meanings I saw: pure, the unstained chosen, the chosen without spots, great friend...which one is closest to the real one in arabic? Thanks you!

النقيَّة ، الخالصة من كلّ شائبة ، المُختارة ، الصديقة المخلصة ، الحبيبة ، النخلة الكثيرة الحمْل ، الناقة الغزيرة الحليب ، ما يختاره القائد من الغنيمة قبل قسمها .
The pure, pure of any defect, the chosen, loyal friendly, sweetie, many Palm pregnancy, heavy camel milk, as chosen by the leader of the spoil before dividing them.

The meaning is "Chosen".
Even though the word used specifies that there's has s been no actual "choosing". The choice had to be accepted because everything else had been filtered out. Everything else has passed through the sieve figuratively. and only that "thing" remained.

Safiya is( the chosen one - with out defects ) and it's called on the female of camel which has showers milk or the palm with alot of Mussels
The old Arabs had loved this name by the way
His aunt of prophet " Muhammed" was called Safiya
and nice name Safyia <3

It means: the chosen, pure of any defect,it means also serenity and comfort.It’s a beautiful name
