I don't think so. When I talk about an art studio I always think about colours and paintings. Things you would place in a gallery. But when I talk about performed art like dancing, acting and singing I would use studio or when your practicing choreography you could say trainings room.

Not really. You can have a dance studio, and an art studio. Music and signing are recorded in a music studio. But we don 't act in a studio.
