Still is a connector between sentences and its aim is to emphazise the effect of something
(cause-effect). Generally, we should place connectors at the begining of a sentence followed
by a comma. The second one is better written.

I have no clue about that. All i know is that the parliament has become the place where aspiring politicians are training their boring rhetoric instead of agreeing or arguing briefly on evident issues.
