We would probably say 'you too', or, 'to you too', in response.

Here is the correct way to ask the question: When someone says to me goodnight and have sweet dream , can I use the words you as well as a response ? The answer would be either ...the same to you..or you as well ...or you too ..or I wish you the same ..or ..thanks , same to you
