Inversion. The object 那些菜 is put in front of the subject 我 and the verb 吃. "Those dishes (or those vegetables), I all of them like to eat."

请问你知道汉语的“菜”是什么意思吗？我还真的不知道英语里有没有和“菜”完全相同的词汇。汉语的菜的意思用food,vegetables, dishes之类似乎都无法完全表达出来。只要是经过加工、甚至不加工，能用来下饭的东西都可以称为”菜“，meat，vegetables, hams。。。。而与之对应的饭，也不只是rice，还有很多，各种面食，但一般面包之类的不算真正的饭。但可以说早饭吃的面包。总之用英语直译”饭、菜“很难，没有真正对应的词。
